During the 'Pending', 'In Process' or 'Inconclusive' request stages on MCaaS CORE, users can upload supporting documents pertinent to the ongoing processing of the request.
It's crucial to note that customers retain the option to upload documentation, irrespective of their subscribed due diligence level. These customer-submitted documents are intended to enrich counterparties' profiles during KYC/KYCC and screening processes.
Users may upload supporting official documents, additional information, or leave 'Remarks' to expedite request processing and subsequent completion. This feature ensures that all requisite documentation is accessible to stakeholders involved in request processing, fostering efficient collaboration and decision-making.
To upload supporting documentation, navigate to the MCaaS CORE "Requests" page, select your desired request, and follow these steps:
1. Click on the ellipsis (three dots).
2. Select the "Documents" option.
3. Upload or drag & drop the supporting documentation and select the appropriate document type from the drop down menu. Then click to upload and save.
4. To view uploaded documents, follow the ellipsis and click "View".
