MCaaS CORE Remarks

In response to the evolving needs of our users, we are excited to announce a new feature in MCaaS CORE - the ability to add Remarks to requests.

By integrating remarks into our platform, we empower both users and the MCaaS team to provide context, explanations, or additional information related to requests. This integration fosters enhanced collaboration between MCaaS and our customers, facilitating smoother communication and greater transparency throughout the screening process.

Remarks, Documents and Request Statuses

One of the primary objectives of this feature is to enhance the handling of requests via the "Requests" page in MCaaS CORE.

Users can add remarks to their requests in statuses of 'Pending', 'In Progress', 'Document Review' and 'Reviewed', with the exception of 'Completed*' and 'Withdrawn'.

Furthermore, by adding remarks to 'Inconclusive' requests, MCaaS provides its users with valuable insights into the decision-making process, clarifying the rationale behind the 'Inconclusive' status and facilitating smoother resolution. In turn, users can offer feedback and upload supporting documentation to facilitate request completion.

In addition to 'Inconclusive', certain statuses also facilitate document upload functionalities, enhancing reporting and collaboration among users within their Workspace (see the workflow above).

This flexibility ensures that users within the same MCaaS CORE Workspace can communicate effectively across various stages of request processing. Whether it's providing updates, sharing important information, or helping MCaaS clarify request details, remarks serve as a valuable tool for enhancing collaboration and transparency.

How to view or add a Remark?

To access Remarks in MCaaS CORE, log into the platform and navigate to the "Requests' page. You can find Remarks (2) by clicking on the ellipsis (1) located on the right side of each request.

Simply add or view remarks by following below examples:

Example 1: View remarks - example of an "Inconclusive" request

MCaaS will utilize remarks to notify customers when a request has been classified as Inconclusive due to missing criteria needed for accurate entity identification and screening. Customers will receive an explanation for the Inconclusive status and a call to action. They can respond to the remarks and upload supporting documentation using the options available within the ellipsis.

Example 2: Add new remarks

All customers can proactively add remarks to their requests using the Requests page. Forgot to provide contact details for your EDD+ requests? No problem, simply leave us a remark. Need to update your colleagues on progress with a particular entity? Again, you can add a remark easily.

Remarks can be added to any request except those that have been Withdrawn or Completed*.
