The MCaaS CORE platform currently triggers 5 reports, alerting users and their Admins to report completion, new screening alerts, pending Internal Decisions, data changes, and a comprehensive Risk Monitoring summary.
Let’s take a closer look at each alert, notification, and report triggered via MCaaS CORE, as well as new exciting reporting developments.

MCaaS CORE Data Change Alerts
Data Changes alerts are triggered exclusively via the MCaaS CORE platform, informing the users subscribing to Continuous Monitoring to changes in data. For an in-depth analysis of all datapoints at the desired due diligence level, we request users to always subscribe to Periodic Review.
Reports for Admin users
Risk Monitoring Weekly Summary
Admin users benefit from additional reporting functionalities, such as the Risk Monitoring Weekly Summary, which offers a comprehensive overview of all submitted requests, including those completed, in progress, or inconclusive. It also provides the total number of reviewed entities, encompassing organizations, vessels, or corporate officers. These reports include an overview of identified True Match alerts, pending Internal Decisions, and entities that have been Whitelisted or Blacklisted.
Importantly, the Risk Monitoring Weekly Summary also contains the total alerts cleared by MCaaS before false positive review, as well as the final number of alerts triggered after the customization of the screening lists. MCaaS is dedicated to performing false positive hit reviews to reduce noise and help our customers focus on addressing screening hits relevant to their organization’s risk appetite.
Additionally, the report details screening alert information, listing the screened entity, its MERN, alert date, screening list subscription, and the applicable Internal Decision review date.
See report example at the bottom of the page.
Billing Report
Admin users will soon benefit from an integrated Billing Report, triggered directly via MCaaS CORE.
Notification Dashboard
Currently in development, MCaaS CORE is awaiting the implementation of the MCaaS CORE Notification Dashboard, which will allow customization of notification settings directly impacting alert frequency, activation or deactivation, and user groups.
Furthermore, additional enhancements are already scheduled to include detailed alerts showing old and new values. This feature will be especially valuable when analyzing changes to screening details.
