All submitted requests can be monitored via the Request Management page in MCaaS CORE.
The Request Manager page in MCaaS CORE provides essential details for request management. It includes the MER Number, representing unique identification for maritime entities, the selected Due Diligence Type, and the current Request Status. Additionally, it indicates the availability of Continuous Screening and Periodic Review options, alongside the submission date. Let's take a closer look at the Request Manager details!
MER Number: Maritime Entity Record (MER) Number or MERN is a unique identification number issued by MCaaS to entities operating in the global maritime industry. To learn more, click here.

Requested On: Date that the request was submitted.
Request Number: Each request is assigned a unique "Request Number," which can be accessed via the "Request Manager" page.
To find this number, follow these steps:
Click on the ellipsis or three dots icon, which will open a new screen displaying "Details".
You will find the "Request Number" on this screen.
It's important to note that the "Request Number" is generated automatically by MCaaS during request submission. For customers who have integrated their systems with our platform via an API, the "Request Number" or their internal company number is automatically incorporated into MCaaS CORE.
For customers subject to integration, searches within the "Request Manager" can be performed using their unique internal company number. All other customers are encouraged to utilize the autogenerated request number available in the aforementioned section.
This process ensures efficient tracking and management of all requests.
Filters
Filters are embedded into the "Requests" page and can be found on the right side of the screen. Use them to filter your requests by Request Status, Request Due Diligence Level, Periodic Review, Continuous Monitoring, and Locations.
