How does MCaaS address risk?

Updated over a year ago

Rationalization of counterparty risk is achieved through a collaborative analysis of counterparty profile and counterparty location assuring risk committee members that proactive measures are being taken to identify and mitigate risks before they’re adopted into a business transaction.

MCaaS customers hold a high degree of confidence knowing that their data is utilized by MCaaS through a process of continuous enhancement, validation and screening.

Continuous monitoring allows any active counterparty holding MER Number to be considered as a validated and screened counterparty to trade with.

Outputs of MCaaS’ ongoing data governance actions are provided on a regular frequency along with reports on name changes and consolidated lists of newly submitted counterparties (i.e., in the prior month).

Accessing validated data on counterparties and their due diligence, along with alerts on changes to screening results, is automated through MCaaS’ self-serve platform MCaaS CORE.
