The Marcura Compliance Documents section serves as a vital resource for customers, facilitating the collection of additional documents necessary for sanctions compliance and internal risk management. The section functions as a centralized repository housing information sourced from counterparties, official channels and customers.
Upon completion of each EDD+ report, the Document section becomes accessible, providing a comprehensive resource for reference and review.
Leveraging advanced algorithms, documents are categorized into two distinct groups:
Official Documents
These documents, typically issued by registries, governmental bodies, organizations, or institutions, hold legal recognition and serve as authorized records. They provide crucial information, establish facts, or serve as evidence across various contexts, covering aspects such as registration, ownership, certification, and more. For a deeper understanding of Official documents, please click here.
The Official document category showcases documentation collected, reviewed, and published at Enhanced Due Diligence Plus (EDD+) level.
Customer Specific Documents
This category encompasses documentation collected from counterparties or uploaded specifically by customers, and shared exclusively within the respective customer's Workspace as part of their ongoing due diligence.
Examples of collected documentation from counterparties can include include, but are not limited to, KYC questionnaires completed by counterparties, tailored documentation, workflows, photographs, certifications, financials and annual reporting, and banking information provided by counterparties to complete due diligence performed by Marcura Compliance on behalf of a specific customer.
Unlike publicly available Official Documents section, Customer Specific Documents display Document name and its Creator on the platform. This enables customers to differentiate between the documents you have proactively uploaded to your requests and documents shared by Marcura Compliance during our due diligence completion process.
