Marcura Compliance: How to submit a screening request?

Learn how to submit due diligence requests at BDD, EDD and EDD+ and upload supporting docs by utilizing our due diligence platform.

Marcura Compliance offers a versatile search functionality, enabling users to conduct searches, and submit due diligence and screening requests on Entities such as Organizations, Vessels, or Corporate Officers.


Search / request entity

When initiating an entity keyword search (search page), users will be prompted to follow these steps:

For pre-published entities:

  • Click on the MER Number corresponding to the correct entity, and select

    • Subscription type (one-off or continuous screening), and

    • Subscription level (Standard/Baseline Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, or Enhanced Due Diligence Plus).

  • By selecting continuous screening type, you can opt in for Periodic Review subscription.

For new entities (not pre-published on the platform) or for a screening request submitted directly from the "Requests" page:

  • User is promoted to click on "Request Entity" and fill in additional details.

    • Select the Entity type (Organization, Vessel or Corporate Officer);

    • Choose the Subscription type (one-off or continuous screening), and Subscription level (Standard/Baseline Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, or Enhanced Due Diligence Plus);

  • By selecting continuous screening type, you can opt in for Periodic Review subscription.

  • Provide additional information pertaining to the entity.

Upload supporting documents

All users can upload supporting documents pertinent to the ongoing processing of their screening requests. These documents may include customer-specific or counterparty-specific information intended to enrich counterparty profiles during KYC/KYCC and screening processes.
