The Group has registered voluntarily with the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the country’s independent National Data Protection Authority (“NDPA”), set up to uphold information rights in the public and the protection of data privacy for individuals, in compliance with GDPR.
We have retained the services of a UK-based Data Protection Officer (DPO).
The Group also has a fulltime Data Governance officer.
