How will you display my organization’s screening results?
MCaaS has access to multiple regulatory tools and data sources that are used to validate data, perform screening, review hits, and prepare corresponding due diligence reports.
Risk summary consists of the below elements:
Organization and its respective location (country of incorporation) sanctions screening;
Corruption Perception Index (CPI Index) country rating, based on the latest CPI dataset and updated annually. The scale ranks countries from 0 to 100, with 100 being very clean and 0 being highly corrupt. Higher score means lower risk.
Basel Index rating, based on the Basel AML Index presenting independent country ranking and risk assessment tool for money laundering and terrorism financing (ML/TF). The value is linked to a color, and is based on the latest Basel Index dataset, which is updated annually. The country scale is from 0 to 10, with lower values having lower risk and higher values having higher risk. Lower score means lower risk;

Your organization’s basic profile will be accessible to all maritime players and interested parties.
My organization’s data published by MER Number is incorrect. Can I request an update?
