FAQ: Changes to your Marcura login experience

On Saturday, 8th November 2025, we plan to go live with a single sign-on experience for all users of Marcura products. A single login page will allow users to gain access to every Marcura product they currently use with a single, unique account.

Updated over 2 months ago

1.What is changing?

On Saturday, 8th November, we’re introducing a new, Single Sign On login experience across supported Marcura products.

Instead of signing in separately to each application, you’ll now login once to access everything you’re entitled to.

You will only need to remember a single username and password for any Marcura product. Alternatively, you will be able to use your organisation’s SSO to gain access to our products.

2. Why is this change happening?

This update is part of our commitment to give you a single, seamless experience across the Marcura ecosystem, making it easier to log in, navigate, and access all the solutions you use to manage your operations.

3. Who will be affected by this change?

We're rolling out the new login system in phases.

If you currently use DA-Desk, Marcura Claims (formerly ClaimsHub), Portlog, Marcura Compliance (formerly MCaaS), Financial Dashboard, PortsDirect or ShipServ, you’ll start using the new login page from 8th November.

If you use other Marcura products (like MarTrust or VesselMan), you’ll continue to log in to those separately, for now.

We’ll keep you informed as more products are brought into the unified login experience.

4. How will this change impact the way I log in?

You will now log in through a new, unified login page.

  • All Marcura products will automatically adjust the login procedure.

  • If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll be redirected to your organisation’s login.

  • If you log in with a username and password, you’ll now enter them step-by-step (first your email/username, then your password).

5. Will my email and password remain the same?

Yes. There is no need to change anything.

6. What happens if I try to login using my current URL?

If you use any of the Marcura product URLs listed below, you will not need to change anything. The product will automatically adapt to the new login process.

If you land on https://login.marcura.com or https://id.shipserv.com, it means you might have bookmarked our current login page. If this is the case, we suggest you remove your bookmark and access the application you need using one of the above URLs or go to https://marcura.com and sign in using the provided links. Help will be available on this page from the 8th of November onwards, along with a chat functionality if you need to contact our support team directly.

7. Will the new login page look different?

Slightly, yes. But the design is consistent with what you’re used to and should feel familiar

8. Can I switch between products without logging in again?

Yes. Once you’re logged in, you can move between the Marcura products you have access to without signing in again. If you try to open a product you don’t have access to, you’ll see a message letting you know.

9. Will there be any downtime during the transition?

We aim to minimise disruptions and will communicate any planned maintenance periods in advance. Most updates will be applied seamlessly in the background.

10. What do I need to do now to prepare for this change?

Nothing. Your existing email and password will continue to work as usual.

However, we recommend:

  • Our suggestion is to log in to the product you need and then create a bookmark after successfully logging in.

The update is designed to be seamless, but if you have trouble logging in, our support team is here to help.

11. What should I do if I have trouble logging in?

Our support team is available to answer any questions you may have.
