  • Request New Counterparties: Invite new counterparties to complete the digital Counterparty Form.

  • Existing Counterparties: Reactivate inactive counterparties, request active counterparties to update company or bank details, view submitted Counterparty Forms.

  • Form Management: Tracking, review, approve and managing Counterparty Forms.

  • Manage Counterparty Types and share Pre-Populated Forms: Users can extend the counterparty type (e.g., Charterer to Owner) and choose to pre-populate forms with existing data, facilitating the onboarding experience.

  • Rejection Handling: Users can reject forms, provide feedback, and resend invitations to counterparties.

  • Approval Workflow: Supports parallel approvals across departments for verification and form completion.

  • SSO Login: Users can access the platform using Single-Sign-On via Microsoft 365/Azure Active Directory.

  • Search & Filter: Global search functionality allows users to filter counterparties by different criteria (name, system ID, country, etc.).
